Wayne was knowledgeable and able to isolate the cause of my symptoms quickly upon the first visit. As an avid runner I had become stiff and restricted on my right side. He was able to alleviate issues on the same day, and provide easy at home stretches to help loosen myself up. Follow up sessions booked. Another great positive is he has the gift of gab making visits enjoyable. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a message therapist.

I attended my first appointment with shoulder and neck pain. A detailed history and examination was completed by Wayne, where he explained his diagnosis and treatment plan clearly and professionally.His treatment provided was excellent and he gave me exercises to complete at home. At the second appointment my symptoms were reassessed and further treatment provided. This resulted in much improved movement and significant reduction in pain. I cannot recommend Wayne highly enough, and I will continue to see him.

I have had issues with my back, neck and arm over the years which have been extremely painful. After visiting bodyadvance, Wayne targeted the problem areas and offered advice on how to improve these further. Shoulder pain, back pain and shocking flexibility were my symptoms. Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and 4 weeks on I feel a significant improvement. Learning and understanding how your own body works is an important part of the plan. Also doing the very specific exercises/stretches between visits. Not having the pain and increasing flexibility has made a positive difference to how I feel.Would certainly recommend.

I've been having physio with Wayne for a number of weeks now and I can honestly say that his work has improved my mobility after decades of bodybuilding scar tissue buildup.Wayne has a tremendous knowledge of physical therapy and how to apply it to get the best results.I'll be continuing therapy with Wayne for the foreseeable future, he has helped my mobility and improved my recovery, I 100% recommend him !
