this company is a joke.travelled from Sligo to their shop after veiwing Hypnos beds on the website only to find they stoppedselling them long ago.seems to me new IT.man required a.s.a.p.

Great place for adjustable beds but it doesn't stop there! From fire spark guards to tv sets, it's all there under several roof tops!! Everything is very competitvely priced. Staff are very friendly and helpful; very knowledgeable also.

Won't be back,and wouldn't recommend them.The prices change at a whim,usually once one has already agreed a price for the items one has ordered.£1000.00 increase?Must think I came up the Lagan on a giant purple teapot..

Appalling customer service. Management do not care, Sharon has provided no help and her attitude stinks. Bed same price in boucher road, with a better service, shop is like a warehouse, beds must be stored stacked up on top of each other as our bed is softer on one side than the other. Fobbed off by this shop they refuse to deal with it. Waste of 1300pounds

Avoid using Armagh Beds.com (the e-commerce store for the Bedding Department at Dalzell's of Markethill) as the customer service is horrible. I have tried to get a quotation for the past 2 weeks and It seems they don't want to do business.

An absolute pleasure to deal with on purchase of 3 mattresses that were needed urgently. I got quick responses over e-mail, and Sharon was so helpful over the phone in arranging speedy delivery. 5 star experience.

Bought all my Kitchen appliances and TV's from Dalzells, cheaper than Currys.....there was a manufacturing fault with two of the drawers in the freezer, which was sorted straight away by staff, can't fault them. Tim has a great knowledge of the TVs, and they actually have the items in stock ready to go!

This place is unreal it's like Dr who's Tardis, it has everything you need and more for your house and all top brands at really brilliant prices ,thanks to Johnny for staying after closing time to sort out our order got the lot sorted and priced and ordered can't thank him enough, that's the sort off workers you need in your busy shop .
