i dropped my phone and cracked the screen thinking it was permanently damaged. To my surprise the team were able to have this fixed and replaced within 20 minutes for what was an extremely reasonable price. Very friendly service and would recommend to anyone who has a SMART phone in need of repair.

Absolutely outstanding service provided by the guys here! Fast, reliable, communicative and can’t be beaten on price. Have used this shop for several years now and have yet to have anything less than a 5 star experience. Nothing is too much trouble and always happy to go above and beyond to help. All the guys are great but Vaz in particular is such a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, helpful and just a genuinely nice guy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my (frequent) repairs! Dropped in today around an hour before closing time as my LCD screen was water-damaged and I needed it fixed ASAP. The service was quick and professional - they even stayed a little later to make sure it was fixed today for me! Really excellent and friendly service - my phone is like new! They were clear about price and communicate any further issues before going ahead with the work. I’ll be returning again in future with other devices.

Mostly positive but room for improvement. I gave iRepair a phone to query if they would be able to replace the battery in my mobile and how much it would cost.When the phone was answered I was talking to someone who said they could absolutely replace the battery and it would be about £69 for the battery and the replacement service. and if I dropped it off the same day I could get it back the next day. (Result)I dropped my phone in that afternoon, dropping it off was where I felt improvement could start. The member of staff was perfectly pleasant and registered my device in but he was also messaging on his phone while waiting for a label to print totally ignoring me. Which I felt was a bit off but didn't say anything at the time as I was still happy to get the phone battery replaced etcI received a phone call the next day as promised stating my phone was done, I queried the price just so I was absolutely sure how much I'd need to take, but this time was quoted £45. (I thought this odd but didn't want to say I was told it was more when I initially called in...you wouldn't would you)So we went to collect the phone that afternoon and as promised the phone was ready with a new battery. However when I went to pay I was told it was £59.99.... so 3 different prices in 2 days. I queried this and was told it's definitely 59.99...so decided I needed my phone back and working more than I could be bothered arguing.While the work was done well and quickly as promised, there really should never be any dubiety about the price as I had. It should be clear up front for the customer.Anyway it's now nearly a week later and my phone is back as if it's brand new. Battery lasts all day easily and I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely shocking service, took my wifes phone in to replace a broken screen. Two faulty low quality screens which we had to return. Each screen they charged extra for a screen protector we didnt want but still blamed my wife for the screens not working. Third screen was also faulty. They refused to fix it and when we took it to another phone shop we were told the screen was second hand and damaged, they had also failed to put back in screws which were missing. Absolute cowboys, avoid like the plague. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

I took my iPhone here to be repaired after my daughter smashed the screen by shutting it in the car door. It was repaired quickly and to a great standard for what I felt was a very reasonable price. Within half an hour of collecting my phone I dropped it and smashed my now perfectly fixed phone. I returned to the shop again fully prepared to pay the same fee and was served by the same gentleman as that morning. He insisted on fixing my phone again for a free of charge merely stating that it’s nice be nice! I would strongly recommend this shop and will use again in the future
