My white coat( Guess 200 £) is destroyed! is not white anymore and all metal accessories changed colours! l will never us this laundry again! Miserable service!

Took nearly two weeks to clean two suits and make one small repair. Constant promises that they would be arriving next day. One suit was covered it little white fluff/fibres too when I got it back. Last time to use them!
