Used QuoteMonkey for 3 years now and the process of obtaining the insurance is simple and straightforward with a competitive price. Look forward to using them again, in future years.

A caveat to this review is that this is about the applications process, not making a claim (which for most companies is usually painful, with the lowest estimate being offered first - however unrealistic - on the assumption that it would be acceptable, though I cannot say for this company).Quote Monkey (for storage insurance - which is often a compulsory requirement for storage sites) was the easiest and cheapest I have found, and it has not led to incremental increases as with some insurance providers. This is something which both storage companies and insurers do as they know relocating and reinsuring is time consuming. In fact, Quote Monkey costs reduced over time. That is something in itself.

Link to website and log in from e-mail did not work for me. I had to start a new quote and re enter my details again. Web page crashed during this process had to start again. I was insuring a garage and the area to put its address in was overly complicated so I just repeated same information until it accepted it. E-mail with receipt came through quickly and with no problems.
