Alex arrived at the appointed time to give an estimate and advice. No hard sell, just facts. On the day of fitting again arrived on time. A clean and professional job and cleared up after himself. He waited while we changed the code and ensured we knew what we were doing to lock and unlock the safe. I would highly recommend Alex and his company. He can also provide a service for locks etc. Again, no hard sell. Thank you Alex.

Alex called before he arrived to say what time he would arrive after I had emailed him to ask him to come out and look at a lock we had. I had a problem with an old lock on UPVC door where the keys weren't working all the time. Alex was able to replace the gearbox, cylinder and handle. All done with parts he had in the van. Very pleased to now have a new reliable lock on the front door. I would recommend Alex's workmanship to friends and family. Thanks Alex.

Had the pleasure of meeting Alex for the first time, on Nov 3, having been referred to me (by a car key expert) – my ‘not that old ERA front door lock’ had truly locked.We spoke on the phone, set him photos with an explanation, he gave me a cost and a date/time; arrived as scheduled, took me through the remedial process, installed the new lock and correcting the alignment of the initial installation (by the ‘new build’ builders at the time), and took time to explain best practise on lock maintenance/handling….Cleared up, tidy, polite, methodical, true professional in his field (and my dog liked him)

I asked Alex to come and change a few locks on my new property. He kept me updated, arrived on time, and explained the pros & cons of the options available to me. The replacement was completed whilst I was working from home, and I had complete trust in Alex. Locks look and feel great. Highly recommend this independent locksmith - I'll be straight back on the phone to him next time I need one.
