Gym One

This is by far the best gym In the shire I was out of going to the gym for nearly 3 years due to having damaged 3 disc in my back and needed major surgery to fix. So had packed on a lot of weight so was very anxious about going back to a gym but I went to school with one of the owners he said come down try it one day on me went down was showing round the gym by one of the lovely members of staff and signed up right there and then nothing is to much trouble for the staff and they always adding to the gym they see what people are using most and then add more of that so as u can go do your training with minimal down time waiting on a machine or weights. I have even got my daughter going to here as well know and wouldn’t hesitate to bring someone down to try it out using a day pass. As I have full confidence they would love it same as I do. Keep up the great work and thanks again for having a decent gym at great price not to mention 24hr access which helps with my work pattern. 5 star ⭐️ is t enough should be 10 stars ⭐️

Visiting the area for a couple of days and came across this gym on Google, paid for a day pass and the staff member was very helpful showing us round to begin with. Equipment was good and a good range of machines, I liked the outdoor area. Showers/changing area was clean and tidy. Overall I enjoyed the visit.

Been training at this gym from the beginning. It’s been great to see it grow into the first class gym it’s become. Open 24 hours so you can train whenever it suits. My son has started reading here as well and loves it. Phenomenal atmosphere within the gym and it’s honestly the best thing that’s happened to the area in a long time.

Absolutely fantastic gym. I’ve trained in many worldwide and can confidently say Gym One is definitely one of the best - The range of equipment is is top level. It’s spacious , clean, has a great vibe & atmosphere, and it’s been kept affordable for all.The management truly care about their members, always listening to and acting on feedback , literally buying in equipment specifically that the members asked for..All-round a brilliant gym, I love it down there!

By far the best gym i've trained in. The facilities are fantastic with a huge range of equipment and classes available. Very spacious and well laid out. Positive energy and encouraging atmosphere which has greatly helped improve my confidence in attending the gym. Staff and other gym users are fun, friendly, easily approachable and very helpful. The management take on board feedback from their members and constantly look for ways to improve and provide the best training environment they can. Fob key access for members and open 24hours.

Have been going here now for almost 2 years, fantastic gym a great variety of equipment, open 24 hours which is handy when you are a mum like myself during school holidays means you can still get down and not miss a session. Staff friendly and helpful. Good bunch of person trainers too! Members really nice and chat away. Friendliest gym I've ever been to and fab value for money x

Been attending Gym One for a few years now. Excellent gym that constantly invest back into the space and new equipment for members. Everyone is friendly and attentive and staff/trainers are happy to show you around and answer questions about the machines. My favourite gym in the area.

Absolutely belter of a gym with top of the range equipment you will rarely find in any top gym globally. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and accommodating and all of the patrons are respectful of each other. What a great environment to train in!
