My dog had skin allergies that I had to take her to the vet for although I had avoided vets for years. They always seemed to be trying to sell me expensive food etc... However couldn't avoid it this time and was pleasantly surprised. Sonia Franks at Pershore solved the problem and a few more that came up and even convinced me to join the pet health club which has been great so far. Many thanks.

The care they provide is always of high quality, they are really good with VERY nervous, anxious dogs, and they take the time to ensure the animal is fine and never rush anything. Always go above and beyond, including Liz the receptionist who lets us come in early before appointments so that my dog can settle and get used to the environment before each appointment.

My cat was injured and I'd just moved to the Pershore area. I enquired about bringing her down for treatment and was told they weren't taking any new clients on even if injured and requiring treatment. Where is their duty of care. My previous vet surgery some 25 miles away were astounded by their attitude. I'm disgusted with lack of empathy and concern for my pet. If I could give no stars at all I would.

Quality as always. Reassured me about a sudden lump on my cats face the day before my holiday, Vet was happy to actually show me what was wrong and prescribed antibiotics. Lovely receptionist, lovely vet and reasonable prices.

Actually care about my rabbit rather than fobbing me off like the other vets in Pershore. Just because it's not a cat or dog doesn't mean we don't care. I have found they teach you how to care for your bun at every opportunity they get instead of doing the bare bones
