took a mini to these with a snapped bonnet cable, to be told they investigated a timing chain issue and to access the bonnet someone must bounce" on the bonnet whilst someone else pulls the cable. Absolute rubbish

Very professional place with very good engineers, always ready to help, any car's issue. I'm very satisfied with their service. It is not cheap, but neither expensive for what they offer. Excellent service always, very good value, never feel that you have been overcharged. Always moving heaven and earth to resolve the issues however tricky they are. They have looked after our 2002 Honda for us well as our 2013 S Class Mercedes. Coming to Web Ellis is like coming to a dear family member.

Called the garage and told them I had a misfire on cylinder 6. Advised to drop car off for fixing. A few hours after dropping off the car the y called and said I have a misfire on cylinder 6.They said I need to change all 6 spark plugs and coils. I advised that I had changed spark plug and ignition coil and the problem is still there. They insisted that all 6 coils and sparks are changed. I went ahead and collected the car the next day paying nearly 500. And 2 mins after driving I have misfire on cylinder 6.I was going to take my car back hear but then thought better to stay away.Avoid
