I am giving this store (Liverpool One) 5 stars without any hesitation whatsoever. I was extremely impressed with how well presented the store is, very bright, clean and cheerful!All the staff I encountered on the shop floor were helpful and friendly. I would particularly like to mention Meg who served me at the till, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was both professional and friendly, an asset to your company.Thank you.

Really good opening. Free G&T and Souvenir bag. Place a bit crammed. Was struggling to pass between shelves and 9n quite few items I couldn't justify the price.But will come back to see how often range is changing.

I love it here. Fantastic house plants and pots along with great socks and wrapping paper. My wife basically likes everything in here.

Really good customer service, particularly from Victoria.During the Christmas period they helped me with my order as best they could and she was very friendly with her approach :)Thank you! My sister loved her jewellery stand!
