Served its purpose admirably. Deserves the 5 stars even though it did not suit us. This was my fault and not that of the owners. No bedrooms on the ground floor. We were on the 3rd floor. As my wife has mobility issues, it was a bit arduous for her getting up and down to the room. Let me emphasise AGAIN that this was my mistake for not inquiring. The shared kitchen with drinks and continental brekky supplies was fantastic. Room and bedding was fresh and spotless. Fast and free WiFi. The proximity to Belfast centre was perfect. I can wholly recommend this guest house. If I am in Belfast without my wife I would not hesitate to rebook again.

Located on the East Side of Belfast this fantastic house was the perfect place to stay during our two days in the city. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It is always warm inside and there is a kitchen you can use at any time. Not to speak of the owners; they are helpful and very friendly. We would definitely book again if we ever go back to Belfast!

Nice house, but the staff are no good. Walkable distance into town. On street parking but it's at your own risk and not the safest area. Something strange with the plumbing and if anyone uses taps or flushes toilet in the middle of the night the pump system kicks in and wakes up everyone in the house. You are sharing the bathroom and showers and living are with strangers - something we didn't realize when booking. Would have given this a higher score if the staff had been more accomodating - at a certain point they just stopped replying to us. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Bed was terrible new matress badly needed.blind broken .other guests leaving door open . Parking was on street this was not made clear when booking.ok for price

We found this lovely Bar , sat outside for Guinness and Cocktails. Great sounds from playlist Super friendly and efgicient staff & amazing vast choice of Cocktails Top Place.

Hosts were welcoming. Really only used the place to sleep and wash as going to a gig. So for that it was ideal. Will hold back on my gripe as its not the hosts fault. Thats why 4 stars not 5.

It is self check in and received email on which key safe and codes to get in to house and bedroom.I meet the staff the next day and thorough our stay they left fresh bread milk jucie butter jam and there is as much tea and coffee you can drink. They could not have made our stay any more comfortable they went up and beyond. Thank youThe house is pristine warm and comfortable no smoking indoors but they do have shelter outside for the smokers
