The ladies that work there are lovely, cant fault them one bit, shop is clean and has a great range of things.

The blonde lady in this store was horrible upon my visit, I simply asked her for change and was given a snotty remark, she clearly has no job satisfaction and has 0% customer care experience. When I left the store I heard her bitching about me to another customer again completely unprofessional, whilst outside she was giving me and my children dirty looks, she simply does not deserve this job I'm surprised they're still in business with staff like that. I will not be revisiting and if you want to enjoy your day I strongly suggest you take your custom elsewhere

The ladies are rude and accusitry. They judged a private conversation I had had with my daughter in their store and accused me of encouraging my daughter to gamble. I explained that I was referring to a discussion about a drink, that we'd had prior to entry in the shop, not to purchase s £1 scratch card. I too hold a licence to practice medicine, so understand the importance of law. The witness I spoke to outside the store asked if they would have been so wrongly confrontational had i not been of Asian origin. I truly hope not. Very poor customer service!
