Absolutely amazing food, although at first I thought it over priced, until our meals were brought out. Lovely size portions, nice staff. Decor dated and dog hairs on the benches but overall a pleasant experience x

We were made very welcome when we visited the Old Court House and shown upstairs to see the coat of arms on the bedroom wall. It is a lovely old pub which you can just have a drink and a chat would recommend a visit .

We stayed for 3 nights on a b+b basis. Made welcome from the moment that we arrived, wonderful community pub with locals and staff all friendly. Food was all homemade and delicious. Not a fault to be found, well done Sam and Paddy, it was a pleasure to stay at your establishment

A lovely local Olde Inn. We met the landlord and lady (who used to live where we're from) and found the patrons to be very friendly and welcoming.The food was very homely, and the ale was lovely.I really enjoyed watching a game of traditional 9-pin skittles, and was honoured to be shown the Royal coat of arms from 1633.I look forward to the chance to return.

A warm welcome from the owners, good beer, a tour to see the historic plaster freize upstairs.... fascinating: wish that we had stayed for food, which smelled so good!
