IF i coils give it 10 stars, I would!The best wax of my life ever!Mikki is a pro! Very confident, she knows what she does. I have very sensitive skin which tends to bruise easily but after this wax my skin was like glowing!

The fact that she considers the temperature outside, whether you've walked or rushed to your appointment and what effect that temperature has on your body, making adjustments with the wax and how she applies it tells you she knows what she's doing. This was the first place I've tried since my move to London and I can genuinely say it's been the most painless waxing service I've ever had. Finding a great waxing salon has always been difficult but this was the easiest choice ever. Mikki is a kind, wonderful lady who makes sure you are comfortable. Unfortunately my laser hair removal didn’t work after a full treatment. My hairs were gone in between sessions for the first couple of weeks but then they gradually grew back again. After I finished my full course my hairs literally started to grow back as normal again.I went back to the salon a month or so later to say it didn’t work and express my upset as this wasn’t cheap & they said they would get back to me but I’ve not heard anything & it’s been months since. My hormones are perfectly balanced and I have the perfect hair type for it so I’m confused & frustrated. Mikki is lovely but I just felt as though I’ve wasted almost £800 as my hairs are the exact same as before I ever started.

Mikki and Mona are amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I did my laser hair removal there and my legs are now with no hair, impressive how you can see the difference from the first session. The place is extremely clean. Thanks guys, you are the best!
