Post office

I cold not belive how rude the staff were on my last visit. I was trying to claim my government electricity voucher and was made to feel like a low life. I work 50 hours a week and don't deserve that sort of treatment. The worst person I had the misfortune to deal with on my visit was a lady who's name I didn't get but she did claim to be the manager. Disgusting excuse for a human if you ask me. Thanks for nothing you absolute time wasters.

I love this post office. Such nice staff (mostly!). On more than one occasion I have popped in, and they have altered my mood from grumpy to great. Brilliant service. Even though I'm fairly young, it kind of makes me think of 'the good ol' days'.

Run by nice people. Always helpful. Ok, sometimes they might be a little keen to sell you other stuff, but they are a business after all so why wouldn't they. Also, it's a busy post office so sometimes you need to queue and wait. Like every post office.

Amazing service kind people haven’t lost that human touch. It may take time because they treat everyone customer properly and thoroughly but having lived near this post office now for seven years I truly appreciate that they are so conscientious and I wish more companies had customer service like this. I use this post office regularly. The staff are always friendly and you get a good thorough service. This can take time but worth waiting for. The staff do offer additional services which are relevant and would make life easier. Unfortunately Post Offices are becoming less common on our high streets. Additional services need to be pushed to increase revenue to enable them to stay open. Other reviews have seen this as overly negative which I feel is a little harsh. The product recommendations are nothing like a salesmans spiel. Unless people take up these offers post offices won’t be around much longer. I agree that the layout of the store is not ideal but not sure how they could improve it. A good range of products are also available.

The staff there have been extremely helpful. They have helped me set up a drop and go service and are always very polite and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

Terrible manager and protocol. I needed some work done to my car key so I posted my key to a company using the special delivery service. I then realised the spare key isn't working so I cannot start my car. I returned to the post office 40 minutes after posting and was told they are not allowed to return packages once they have been crossed over the counter. I had the receipt and said I can provide proof of ownership. Still a refusal citing protocol and he also gave an example of a previous women who had been scammed when selling her laptop, this manager refused to return her laptop to her and let it be posted to the scammer in full knowledge of this women's situation. Another business owner who looks after himself and doesn't consider the needs of other. Should not be in a position of responsibility. I cannot start my car until my key is returned!!

Always been super helpful in here for various jobs, even gave me a hand packing items before sending them

Fantastic service by lovely staff. Always accommodating and friendly. Queue can seem daunting but moves quickly, plenty of staff serving so it's not an issue. I'm there a lot and would recommend this family run business every time.
