Had the fillet of fish. It's just a bun with a square bit of processed fish with mayo. No salad. Didn't look very apatising.It's good that there is a lift, and the toilets were reasonable.The table and chairs were marked with food, and they need checking more often. I had to wipe the seat before I sat down.

Modernized and now a bit clinical. Staff are all behind a wall and the odd person out at front. The breakfast burger is very small and doesn't seem as good value as they were. If I just need a breakfast roll I will go to Greggs. I only used it as I just needed a seat inside.

Best McDonald’s I’ve had in a long time (and I have quite a few!!) Food was hot and well presented. Everything we wanted was available. Food came quickly. Very good!!

ordered via the app for delivery to table. Took 20 minutes to arrive. No sugar or stirrers for coffee so went and got some, got back realised no straws so trotted off again, got back to find the choc milkshake was not choc milkshake but some watery stuff so off i go again. No one was bothered or offered an apology except the polite young man clearing up who i spoke to for sugar. massively understaffed / under trained branch for how busy it is

Very early morning visit to this McDonalds and I was amazed at the mess. Every single table had rubbish on it and the bin had a mountain of rubbish piled on top of it. The floors and seats were no better with rubbish scattered over most of them and I'm glad I didn't need to visit the toilet as I wouldn't want to imagine. After clearing a table for myself O found the food was usual decent McDonalds fair but with it being so quiet and there being so many staff on duty I can't see any justification for allowing the restaurant to be in such a state.

terrible customer service, i called up because i had to run and get my train and wasnt able to pick up my food, and asked quite simply if i could maybe pick it up on a different day because id payed for it and the young gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and said “im going to hang up on you now” after id just asked a simple question. a polite “no we cant do that im afraid” would have sufficed. i am utterly appalled.

This establishment is vastly understaffed. The front of house whose role is to keep the restaurant tidy is fighting a losing battle. If customers had the decency to clear up after themselves his life might be a bit easier. Not only was he clearing the tables and cleaning them and the floor he had to keep taking orders. Replacing wrong orders and cold food. We opted for a salad instead of chips with our meal. Box full of lettuce 2 slices of cucumber and one slice of tomato. Oh, no salad dressing at one o'clock. Really bad service. But full credit to the front of house. He never stopped working to provide a good service. I think the manager's should take a look at the the staffing and ordering.

Food was good as always, however everything was room temperature and the service was a little slow, even after our number was shown as ready on the screen it then disappeared and still took about 6-7 minutes for our number to be called. However everything was still good and staff were very friendly
