The food was good, the staff weren’t too happy, smiley or chatty which is always a bit off putting… but as I say the food was lovely. What really ruined our experience here was a far from pleasant experience after seeing the restaurant advertise shisha being available again…The coals were nowhere near ready still raw black coals that the flavour was horrendous. The woman serving admitted to never having made shisha before but we gave her the benefit of the doubt.Myself and my boyfriend decided to leave rather than wait in the cold on the balcony any longer.Yet we were still requested to pay half our shisha cost due to the cost of tobacco used… which was unusable to us due to the coals not being anywhere near ready.I felt guilted and put under pressure to still pay even though I said I’m not happy about it.Having worked in numerous high end London shisha bars, I’d advise having trained staff to offer this service.Ruined my entire experience of this place unfortunately.

A lovely place to have your high quality Lebanese food fix. We ordered two of the mixed platters between the two of us and safe to say that they were both gone with in 15 minutes.We were greeted with on the house Olives starters as soon as we arrived. We ordered a mixed sharing platter and a sea food platter. The sea food was cooked to perfection and really fresh and good quality.Definitely recommend it.

We had the lunch set menu and it was great. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. The Lebanese cheesecake was exquisite!

Paid £30 for two lamb Shawarmas which I collected from the store. I was really looking forward to it as I had a lamb Shawarma wrap from last weekend.The lamb was stone cold, don't think it was even heated at the Restaurant and the bread was so hard it cracked in half. There was supposed to be 3no dips, but they were all missing from both meals.I was shocked that I just paid £30 for two deconstructed wraps, which was stone cold and dry, was not enjoyable to eat at all. Felt like I was eating someone else's left overs from a previous meal.Feeling cheated and annoyed, I rang the Restaurant to complain , but they didn't seemed bothered and just said sorry.Awful experience. Please save your money

Wow, Lamaya, what can I say! Amazing service, absolutely incredible food & the cocktails are to die for. If you haven’t already you must try them out, you will not be disappointed!

Full flavour and friendly staff. Although I did find the chicken wrap a little bit too cinnamon like for my taste but other than that very delicious. Reasonable price £38 for two starter + main + drink.

I really enjoyed my experience at Lamaya! It was my first time at a Lebanese restaurant, and I wish I attended sooner! The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were amazing too! There was also plenty of vegetarians options! I highly recommend Lamaya if you’re looking for a place with great atmosphere and amazing food!
