Having owned all manner of pets for over 40 years John is by far the best vet I have met. With John it is all about the animal and what is best for them. He and his staff are outstanding.

Excellent veterinary service and great staff. Definitely the best and most competitively priced as well. John always goes above and beyond with the animals in his care and is always extremely supportive and accessible. Brilliant vet practice. Lovely caring staff. I was a client for about a year, having moved to them following recommendations from many other people. It was the best thing I could have done. John treated my elderly dog with care and compassion. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions fully and patiently. He was so gentle and careful when he sadly had to put my sweet old boy to sleep. Nothing was ever too much trouble for all the lovely staff at the practice and the charges were very reasonable.

Our tiny rescue dog woke up in obvious pain one Saturday morning while we were house sitting in Minehead, so I phoned Glenmore House and the lovely Receptionist gave us an appointment 40 minutes later. The kind Vet was absolutely brilliant with our scared and growly girl, examined her as best he could with her fidgeting and barking, and gave her two injections quickly and calmly. He said they should help but if she was still in pain the next day to ring his emergency number and he would see her again. We didn’t need to phone as she was right as rain after the injections, but it was so reassuring to know we could. Really reasonable charges too; made me wish we lived in Minehead! A brilliant Vet practice, thank you.

We were on holiday in Exford. My elderly BT picked up a tick right in the corner of her eye. We rushed over to the vets with 15 minutes to closing, having been unsuccessful to get in touch by phone due to our poor network connection.We were seen immediately - job done and only charged us for the preventive treatment I asked for.UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE - SECOND TO NONE.Thank you so much.

Incredibly helpful and kind! Brought my cat in to be neutered and chipped, the receptionists were super friendly and the vet was very efficient and nice. 10/10 would recommend!

We had to sadly put our beloved cat to sleep last weekend, and we have just received a personalised 'sympathy card' from Glenmore House in Minehead, HAND WRITTEN and mentioning our cat by name!Absolutely wonderful personal service. THANK YOU.

Been using this vets for years with all my dogs.The staff are friendly and helpful and John offers a very good service at a reasonable price. And has been excellent when we have had to say goodbye to our dearest friends.
