The Probation Service

Ella a duty officershould be sacked due to her lazy attitude and lack of care for her job. Any question asked was replied with rudely and did not want to help with anything making excuses for any request given. she wants to get paid without doing her job or is being over worked either way she doesn’t want to do her job. Appointment lasted 2 minutes as there was no point continuing the conversation as all she done was wrote down what I said on a piece of paper(to throw away) and leaving all jobs to the next officer. She needs to be sacked

I went in with my nephew as he has educational needs he's 20, the receptionist was so rude and condescending would not speak to me at all! Something really needs to be done with the probation system they do t help at all!

This whole office is unorganised and very unprofessional

Ella working in probation needs to fired. Guaranteed failure to do what she is paid to do every appointment.

Absolutely clueless been coming here for years on my license an just been told they can’t find me on the system am I sure that I’ve got my own name right an they wonder why so many people get recalled cos these can’t do there job properly
