TSB Bank

Their is no covid restrictions applies at this branch. The manager i presume was asked by a customer to hire a security guard, or invest in 2 meter stickers for outside. And she fired back saying it cost money. Like does she not understand this virus is killing people. And there is a huge line in and outside of the bank. No wonder B8 still have covid cases. I wish either this branch closes for good, or just get a new management team, half of them are very rude also. Never going to this branch. Might as well go to the one on new street.

I cannot describe this banks excellent customer service , I have never been more impressed, when I enter the bank , there's always someone there to ask you and question you on what you need or what your looking for , and customers are treated with respect no matter what . I was very happy with this one particular staff , Heli Mehta. She took her time with me and did whatever she could to get what I need , she was speaking very politely and was one of the most kindest staff ive seen .

Quick, simple and to the pointMost people that visit either dont listen, dont bring all the required paperwork or do not want to follow protocolEvery time I visit, I always bring the correct details and have a very clear and concise request. The staff do what they are told and they want to serve you as effeciently as possible.Do you think the staff like having you around for hours? They want you gone lol, served quickly and correctly and move on to the next customer.That's how it should be doneNice work

I cannot give thanks enough to raina and panama for their excellent customer service and their ability to serve me in a timely manner. They were able to reassure and help me to resolve any issues and went out their way to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. Definitely would recommend.

We waited over an hour to get to the counter (30 minutes wait outside) to be met by another queue inside. To my suprise they only had two counter staff on. The staff simply ignored everyone oustide no communication.

Deserves zero stars to be honest. The phone line holder was being ridiculous. Opened an account where they told us it will take 1 week and they said if it doesn’t come during then to phone. It’s been more than 1week phoned them up to trace what was happening but the person who picked up was asking ridiculous questions such as we need to speak to the cardholder then changed her words to she has to come in so that they ask security question and see her passport. When all I wanted was for them to update me when the card was coming.

Why are the cues so long in this place?? It never goes down no matter what the time. So many people unemployed and college students looking for extra work then why not give out these cashier roles as jobs. It's the only bank on the whole of this high street and they basically know people are stuck as the only local bank. Please TSB stop sending silly customer service letters when all you need to do is hire some helping hand during peak times and perhaps have a late night opening on a Thursday, not exactly rocket science.

One of the worst branches ever after my money never came out the atm and requesting cctv footage and having to go through ombudsman they claim I hadn’t raised any complaint of my atm dispute bunch of lists work in this branch

When using the till i was asked 101 questions fair enough however I can’t count for every penny as Eid is coming up and we give to our relatives and children etc. The worker named Adrian was extremely rude. Was reluctant to give my cash. said next time if it’s to another person do online banking which I always do anyway. But money on paper is there for a reason. He seems very stressed. Kept saying he’s not paid to do that. Hes paid to advise people to go to the cash point. Very very unprofessional. I mean if he has no customer service skills then he should stop doing that job. It’s not for him. I can’t believe I have to feel belittled to get my own cash. Ridiculous

AWFUL IN EVERY WAY! Having been a customer for almost 20 years I had to use this branch after they closed yet another branch. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The cashiers stop assisting at 2pm and the fat tall man has terrible people skills. TSB's time is up. Fewer and fewer branches, bad service, poor staff, poor app features (unable to cash cheques using it etc)... The list is endless. It may be a bit of hassle but I recommend you change your bank as you will be let down when you really need them. AWFUL!
