EPA - Expressions Academy Of Performing Arts

My two daughters (currently 12yrs & 11yrs) have danced at EPA since 2017.They absolutely love it.They both attend Ballet class and Tap class on a Monday evening.They do the advanced class and musical theatre on a Tuesday evening.They are part of the Freestyle competition squad and have competed since 2018 and made great progress.The eldest also does pointe ballet whilst the youngest is part of the newly formed acting class.They have been part of the annual August show since 2017 and even had the opportunity to dance in London at the Sadler's Wells theatre and in the Winter Gardens, Blackpool.EPA is a huge part of their lives. They have a great group of friends and teachers who all support each other.I have seen my children make huge progress throughout the years whilst also learning valuable life skills as well as dance techniques.

Such an amazing dance school. My daughter has been going to EPA since the age of 3 and absolutely loves it. She’s learnt so much, grown with such confidence and have found some love long friends. Couldn’t ask for better teachers, they always give 100% to all children. Such a safe, loving environment.

Such a welcoming school and every child is treated like there own.The teachers are always very professional and supportive to each and every child.We have been part of the epa family for nearly 7 years now and to see the difference in how my child has come on is amazing. Not just in dancing but in there own love and confidence.I for one can not recommend this dance enough.

My daughter joined EPA in April after her previous dance school closed. She has gone from strength to strength. She is very happy here & her dancing has improved so much. The team listen to the children & parents & act swiftly to deal with any issues

EPA run a brilliant school, my 2 girls absolutely love it. My youngest attends almost all the dance classes only starting dance last year she’s now absolutely soaring! My eldest very anxious & timid started on the epa juniors class to help build her confidence she now also attends 4 classes a week. All the staff are incredible & treat each child individually & helps bring out their strengths & builds their confidence in every aspect! My kids feel safe & loved! Every single child is celebrated for all their achievements & what more could you ask for?!

Fantastic dance school, my daughter has been dancing with them for 5 years now and the progression she has made in this time is fantastic, this is all thanks to the support of the wonderful staff, they always put the needs of the children first I certainly would not change school EPA is by far the best dance school around. The teachers are all lovely and the communicate regularly with parents, EPA is like one big happy family and both my daughter and myself are proud to be part of this. Amazing dance school! My children have absolutely thrived here and made the best childhood memories and amazing life long friendships. The teachers are all experienced and nurture the kids. The facilities are the best around with huge studios and a gorgeous reception. My children have been so happy here for many years and I’m sure they would love to progress to the full time school (like 90% of the kids seem to do) in the future. If your children are looking for a dance school that offers so many different classes, produces great shows, and supports the kids into adulthood then I can 100% recommend EPA!

My girls have been coming here since they were 2 years old. This isn’t just a dance school, EPA is a family where the teachers love our children and everyone who attends looks after one another. They are learning what it means to love Dancing, to work hard, to lose, win and most of all support everyone around them. Be there for each other. My daughter has been dancing here for a little over a year now and the change in her is phenomenal. EPA has allowed her to flourish and develop not just as a dancer but also in life, the change in her confidence since becoming a part of EPA is amazing. The standards are high and the teachers are fantastic. The place is very welcoming and has that real family feel. Both myself and my partner agree that starting our daughter at this dance school has been one of the best decisions we have made.

My son has made great progress at EPA over the years, and this is due to the teachers who are so dedicated and supportive towards him, helping him to reach his potential. He loves it so much that he wants to attend the full-time academy when he leaves school and this, speaks volumes! He has learnt so many skills in dancing, singing and acting as well as performing lots on stage, entering freestyle and lyrical competitions and getting through auditions for pantomimes. The teachers are always inspiring him and are passionate and committed to him, improving his skills and promoting self-belief and confidence. The teachers go above and beyond for all the students, and each one is valued regardless of ability. My son will often say EPA is his second home and he would not go anywhere else. He always feels safe and supported in an environment which is fun, friendly, and nurturing. One big family ❤
