On October 29th 2023 my friend who is not a well person, myself and our respective wives went to my colleagues Lexus in Swiss Cottage, it was late evening and found the front offside window was smashed and his disabled badge was stolen.Privilege Windscreen came over to deal with the problem within 25 minutes and put my friend's mind immediately at rest. Theweather was horrific.The two people cleaned up the glass everywhere in the car, taped up the window and followed us home and then onto my friend's home and parked his car in the appropriate tricky driveway.I have 100% respect for this team, professional, respectful, incredible workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any car glass problem.Very impressed.

We contacted them in the morning and the job was completed by 10.30, Sorosh cleared up all the glass both inside and outside the car and he even undented the car door at no extra charge so the window would fit. Cannot recommend enough, thank you so much for being so efficient, quick and thorough

Very professional individual. From the first call, to sourcing the glass to finalising everything in less than 1 hour the smashed glass was then fixed. Incredibly fast turnarounds.

When I returned to a multi-storey carpark after shopping, it is stressful to find that my SUV's rear window was smashed. I contacted Privilege Windscreen in the afternoon on 7 March and they managed to come to my place to have the rear window replaced today on 8 March at 10:30. Very efficient and professional service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Privilege Windscreen!

This guys are the best! I needed the windscreen and the rear glass replaced but struggled to find the rear one. They founda second hand complete tail gate ,drove to there and removed the glass and them came to ours and replaced both. Excellent finish!Cant recommended enough!

On Sunday I contacted Privilege Windscreen , by Monday morning he arrived with the window and was fitted and cleaned up after himself .Thanks again guys
