Awesome experience, Awesome team - the kids just loved it on the day.

I would give a 0 if I could with regards to the customer service of the staff hired by this company and specially with regards to how they look after the safety of kids during this activity. Today in Hemel Hempstead my 6 year old boy had to go to A&E with a headache and back injury after being spelled out of one of your bubbles and landing head directly on the floor, while half his body was still inside backbending and being pushed by other bubbles behind him. This happened because an approx 17 year old girl was running quite fast and hit strongly my 6 year old. The member of the staff was not even quick enough to help my child when he managed to stand crying. Luckily my husband quickly jumped in and avoid him being knocked down again. When I got (shaking) close to the staff member to tell her, they cannot allow kids with such an age gap between them, together she just dismissively said sure

Had my 2 little girls in the Zorbs at willen lake and what can I say they had a wicked time and the staff looked after them as if they was there own highly recommend this company would give more stars if we could

Hamster Zorb were great with our group. We did human skittles and the racing and everyone had a great time! Would highly recommend.

Party in Harpenden, very well organised, helpful staff, made sure all 25 kids had enough time in the zorbs. 3-person is huge!

What a great company and we had so much fun, we will use you again thanks guys.
