My partner and I are expecting our first baby this Autumn and were referred to Bumps N Babies by a few people and I didn’t expect it to be such a great experience!All staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. They were clued up across their entire product range and helped with every question we had, even allowing us to see if a car seat would fit in our car.We’re grateful for their help and made the experience that much more special!

Fabulous experience at Bumps n Babies! Lots of choice in the showroom and nothing was too much trouble. We dealt with Jen who was extremely helpful. We picked three prams we liked and Jen showed us the pros and cons of each, how to put them up and down and the different colour options. Would definitely recommend a visit!

As a first time mam was so excited to go pram shopping but was left a bit down from past experience at a different pram shop.I had a fabulous experience here at bumps n babies the staff were amazing, nothing was to much for them even when I couldn't decided between two prams. I was showed the pros and cons between them and was shown how to put them up and down which then made my decision so much easier. I also purchased few other items from here too.Thank you bumps n babies for a lovely experience would definitely recommend to anyone!

Avoid the bebecar at all costs!It looks great in the store but is the biggest waste of money we have ever spent. From researching the resale value also drops out of its ****.It took over 3 hours to assemble and to disassemble and reassemble it’s not the easiest.It is impossible for one person to carry in pieces. I tried to put it in the car today and the only option was to put the bassinet on the wet floor to be able to put the base in the car. It’s also not the lightest of prams either!I have a 402L boot and it only just fit! With no option to put anything else in. Any car that is not an estate or larger than average SUV won’t fit it in.It’s got a turning circle of an jumbo jet!It’s the most impractical and poorly designed pram possible.Ended up going to Smyths to buy another pram at a 10th of the cost and felt it had better value for money at £150I get it’s not the stores fault but more information on how impractical and poorly designed it is would have helped us choose a better pram.With this experience and the damaged wardrobe (from delivery), the entire purchase from the store has not been the easiest and really disappointed given we’ve spent over £3000!Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t purchase again but I understand it’s not entirely the stores fault.

Rachel at Bumps N Babies could not have been more helpful. After being let down by a faulty travel system elsewhere, we needed a replacement straight away for our baby. Rachel was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on a new pushchair. She went out of her way to help and was able to sell me a ex display system (at a great price!) so we left with it that day. She even helped me to load my car! Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience at the Bumps n Babies showroom yesterday. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, everything we needed as first time parents! Their prices are very hard to beat and they offer lots of different bundles to help you save even further on cost. They have lots of prams, car seats and furniture on display, and I’d definitely recommend giving them a visit. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and me and my husband couldn’t wait to return to place our order (so much so we returned the same day!)

When we got there, we had no idea what type of pram we wanted and had no idea where to begin. We were taken through different prams and bundles, catered to our needs, with lots if demonstrating and advice. We honestly couldn't have thanked Bumps n Babies enough. They were so friendly and helpful without any pressure on us at all and were professional throughout. I'd highly recommend visiting.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the ladies at the store, but especially to Hannah who helped us pick our full travel system! It may have taken four visits for us to decide, but we couldn’t have done it without your helpfulness, knowledge and patience. We are having our first baby so were pretty clueless but have now been left feeling confident that we have chosen the right product for us and our baby boy, which we couldn’t have done without you. So thank you again, and we’ll see you in a few months for collection! So excited!

Had a great experience here, the staff were very knowledgable and often had a lot of their own personal experience to share. I found their different bundle options really good as there was something for everyone. Although this isn't 100% in their control, I even ended having all of my bundle in stock sooner than I thought! Can't fault them, would highly recommend.
