We asked Bailey Brothers for their support and services following the loss of my father this year in May. Having previously used this funeral director to help with the arrangements for my dear late Aunt three years ago I was confident that they would provide the sympathetic and dignified service we would require.Bailey Brothers provided an excellent service from the day of Dads passing right up to his funeral, and beyond. Our personal co ordinator Jo was kind, sympathetic and also very professional and organised. Listening to our personal requests and making sure that Dads last wishes were carried out with grace.There was no stress, or anxiety during the preparations for the funeral. On the day, the funeral service was carried out beautifully and without any complications.I thank Jo and her team for everything they did and do not hesitate to recommend this Funeral Director to anyone, knowing that they will take very good care of your loved one.

Laura and Jo were bubbly, fresh and animated in their service to us which was lovely, but they also had respect for our loss, and for our Dad. there were a couple of slight issues with pictures and music but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Jo was a delight on the day, looking very smart and dignified, and Dad would have loved the service that was given by Bayley Brothers. They helped us find a lovely celebrant called Nancy, and she helped us pull together a service for Dad that was everything we wanted and that Dad had asked for.

My family and I would like to say how grateful we were with Bayley Brothers who took care of our late Mother. The service was exceptional, they couldn't have been more helpful. We would like to thank all members of staff especially Keith and Jo. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
