Cannot recommend Freestyle Martial Arts enough to enstill a calm disciplined sport, that is physically demanding, technical and allows an ever increasing level of skill and focus to develop.For my daughter it has given her confidence, fitness, discipline and enormous rewards as she works through the belts. Chris is a calm presence with a clear and skilled teaching style which is adaptable for any level of ability.

Awesome mixed martial arts teacher who is really great at engaging my 7 and 9 year old daughters who love their Thursday night class! Great mix of fun and focus. Highly recommend. :)

Both my children (boy & girl) attend these classes and really enjoy them. The tuition is professional but fun and the classes are energetic, skilful and disciplined. Great mixed class for everyone, would definately reccomend.
