My honest review.I like the concept and it has been working overseas for years. I spent £7 pounds on a box meal.However, that being said. Toco Bell falls short due to the quality of its food.qFirstly the chicken taco. The cheese, taco shell was cold and the chicken was ever so slighty warm. Cold and hot combination just didn't sit right.The burrito beef was acceptable but it was warm. Seemed like it was waiting slightly longer than usual.My drink Lipton ice tea was mixed with coke or pepsi.Churros seem like they was left out side and had a slight chew to them. Wasn't fresh in my opinion.That being said fries was good and had a good amount of seasoning.I get that fast food restaurants can get busy. But with the all the marketing etc I wish it matched the quality of its food it's promoting.

On Monday, November 20th, around 7 pm, I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. Waited over 20 minutes, received the wrong order, and the staff seemed more interested in talking and laughing than serving customers. To add to the letdown, both the burrito and tacos were surprisingly smaller than any I've seen before. Overall, not a satisfying visit. I don't recommend Taco Bell based on this experience.

Ordered via Deliveroo, got a wrap. Wondered why it was so empty so I opened up and saw rodent droppings in my food. Some was actually baked into the wrap. Completely disgusting and honestly feels intentional, not sure how the person making this wouldn’t notice.

Ordered a beef crave thing with extra beef. If that was extra beef I don't wanna know what it normally is like! Tiny portions. Also it tasted of almost nothing. It was too watery and no real bite. No texture and zero flavour. Slow service as well. Not worth it for me to try again.

I ordered a volcano burrito cravings box from Taco Bell at 19:01 on Sunday 27th of August and the service was very slow and the restaurant was very filthy from upstairs and downstairs. I wanted to use the toilet but yet the employee said it was out of order yet there was no sign saying it was out of order, of which was a lie as the toilet was locked and had no out of order sign. I think they just don’t want customers using their toilet of which is not right and is a violation of customer rights. My crunchy taco was very greasy and full of oil. My seasoned fries were okay but cold. My burrito was okay but lacked flavour. The churros were okay but cold and hard like rock. And my caramel sauce for the churros tastes more like honey with less caramel flavour. And the fire sauce, wasn’t spicy at all. If anything it was less spicy. Fix up your food, service and atmosphere or otherwise you will lose more customers. You already have lost my customer service and support. Even McDonald’s, KFC and Wendy’s etc is far much better in Stratford than Taco Bell.

Bed customer services, Order food for Eat. In, first time at Taco Bell Stratford with my kids. My girl wants to go there. My little boy wants to use toilet and toilet was closed when I asked them to open toilet they strictly said we are not allowed to open toilet. There was no out of order sign board even. They suggest me to go outside the shop and search another resturant toilet. When I asked them how it's possible my all belongings are on table and food every thing how can I go to another resturant keeping my things unattended but as per them they can't help..I informed them only my boy has to go for one minutes and return back but they completely denied.... not helpfull. No care about customer.even though in front of another family kids also wants to use and completely refuse which I not goodDate of experience: 09 August 2023

It is nice to have Taco Bell in Stratford Centre. This store has additional seating upstairs, which is very convenient. The atmosphere of this restaurant is very good. The staff is also nice, polite & professional. Overall, it's a good place to eat in.

I've been to this Taco Bell so many times, and it's never been anything less than brilliant! The food is delicious, the workers are nice, but the main qualms I have are regarding the order kiosks which don't issue receipts most of the time and the cleanliness of the tables, but all in all, very nice place to eat at. 4/5!
