Whilst on holiday in the Lake District my Audi Q3 developed a loose engine slash shield that was dragging on the road. The manager arranged for me to bring it in the next day. He promptly repaired it at no cost! My wife and I are very grateful for your excellent service. Thank you so much!

The length of time I had to wait for the job to be done considering 3 staff members were sitting around doing nothing. Then there was the excessive price I was charged for puncture repair from my wife who took the car in for repair I feel they took advantage and charged an inflated price £27.50 for a puncture repair.

I went in on Saturday to see if they could balance my wheels they said they didn't have time. I understand that they were full booked so I couldn't do anything more then I thought maybe open tomorrow looked on the website and yes they are so waited till 10 AM and have rang 15 times no answer so drove down they are open not answering the phone and now have loads of cars in so still not able to get them the job done

The venue at Kendal was clean efficient and well presented. Bernie doubled on reception and as tyre fitter was welcoming clear concise providing us with all the information we needed on options and price and time scales.Altogether Kendal Kwick Fit ticked all the boxes well done.

What amazing service!! Sadly we didn’t take the name of the person helping us but he was incredible. Despite being on his own he spared precious time checking our tyre and due to his thoroughness discovered it was a wheel problem which could have resulted in a serious accident during our 300 mile journey home. We returned the following day where once again he went above and beyond getting us on the road to make our long journey home safely.

Absolutely exceptional service.Friendly staff were tolerant of endless questions from panicked car owners late on a Saturday, just before closing time. Fixed a problem another garage caused, without bad mouthing them. Helped us source parts at very short notice and got us to a position where we could drive away in under half an hour. Thanks you so much for helping us out of what could have been a real disaster for us.

Took a new wheel to KwikFit Kendal to get the tyre changed over after the old one was dented by a pothole.I could not have asked for better service- Barney sorted it in under two minutes and even cleaned the wheel up after.I wish I was as good at my job as he is with a tyre machine- very impressive.I will definitely be back and really appreciate the outstanding customer service and great work.Thank you!

Big thanks to friendly, professional staff. They checked tyres and provided reassurance to two anxious damsels in distress en route back to Newcastle. Great service and no charge! If we lived nearer would be back when we needed tyres.
