Absolutely disgraceful customer service ...the woman was extremely rude ,called me names,made me out to be a liar after having returned a garment that was a week old which looked like it had been a hand me down for decades !! Very poor quality .Would not give me refund or replacement then told me I HAD to buy them off RAM as the school said so!!!!!

I purchased school t-shirts, jumpers and cardigans from RAM at the same time as buying the same thing from one of the major supermarkets. Firstly I was shocked a the price difference. My children's school items seem to be much more expensive than other schools, but surely all the same price to produce? The quality of RAM leisure clothing is terrible. The t-shirts from the supermarket have lasted in colour and still look great. RAM ones however have faded terribly and look scruffy. The jumpers and cardigans have bobbled and again the cheaper version have well outlasted them. Wish we had another purchasing option for logo uniform.

Have still not recieved school uniform. Noone will answer the phone or return emails. So have no idea where it is but they were quick to take money out of my bank!If you can buy your clothing elsewhere do so!!!How totally unprofessional!!!!

Extremely rude. Called me a lier. Shouted at me and made me cry and when I asked to speak to the management he tells me that he was the managing director! And this was all because I ordered a secondary P.E t-shirt and they sent me the primary and I asked them to send me a replacement as my son had looked a fool turning up with the wrong P.E t-shirt, I would forward the incorrect top back to them. With never having a child at either of the schools in had no idea what the uniforms looked like and just took it that I would get what I ordered but apparently it's my fault I should of contacted the school to make sure that RAM had given me the correct items!Absolutely awful

I can't recommend RAM leisure enough. I needed some embroidered Polo shirts for my business Target Acupuncture, within a week they had the logo sorted and the shirts embroidered. Very impressed. I then needed several t-shirts embroidered on the front and printed on the back, this was all sorted within a fortnight as promised. Exceptional service from the lovely ladies on the front desk, they couldn't be more helpful. I would highly recommend.

I went today to pick up my sons school uniform that I had ordered online. but whilst there I realised I needed more stuff. the young lady that delt with us was so helpful and professional ,absolutely a top class service I would definitely go their again and would also highly recomend them

We've always purchased our workwear from RAM leisure for over 10 years now, and have never had any issues. Good quality PPE and clothing, and good printing and embroidery. Highly recommend.

I bought my children's school jumpers and PE etc .I now buy for my grandchildren and it's only got better and more convenient

Awful company! young girl on the till was nice but the lady that manages it is very rude with no customer service skills what so ever!Refusing to exchange faulty goods even with proof of purchase!!! Avoid and buy your uniform in the supermarket where possible, half the price and better quality!!!
