Simpsons Drainage

After some unfortunate experiences with another company Craig has restored my faith in drainage service engineers. The company is a pleasure to deal with. Customer service from Diane second to none. Craig is efficient, knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful.

very unserious, they had a drain jetter for sale on Ebay, I won that drain jetter and agreed with them to send the courier to pick it up. They didn't answer the phone anymore and they contacted me after a few days with the reason that they had a faulty phone and if they want to buy that drain jetter. I asked for videos with the drain jetter and they said they would send them to me, but after a day I realized that they had blocked my phone. Very unserious and i think scammers.

I phoned at 8am on BH , -as kitchen sink wasn’t draining and we checked pipes. Washing machine was splashing water back out ! Rich arrived at 9 , took 1 3/4 hr, repeating blasts, techniques, showing me on the camera the gunk and chunks of 22 years build up , nearly 7 metres!! Showed the the underside of sink plug hole when he left.,brilliant friendly service, can’t recommend them enough . Always happens in the middle of the night ( we lost electricity before ) or BH, now can enjoy the rest of Easter.

I Phoned Simsons Drainage spoke to Craig at 8.15am explained I had a blocked soakaway ,a couple of hours later his two first class lads came and had it sorted , no drama no fuss , first class company , great service . Highly recommend.

Craig was prompt polite and. Informative. He solved the problem within 25 minutes and proceeded to explain how such a blockage could be prevented again. Why can’t all tradespeople be like this. Thoroughly. Recommend.

We had a very stubborn blockage in the kitchen drain pipe. Simpsons responded quickly and professionally clearing out the blockage in about an hour. Excellent service.

Craig completely let us down on a job last week after accepting it, fully aware we were under pressure to gain a report within a short timeframe due to completing a house sale. When he didn't arrive at the specified time, we called several times before he answered, saying he was on his way. Later, after telling us he has almost completed the survey when his camera broke, we found this to be a lie, as the second EXCELLENT company we used (J D Drainage) found the drains to be blocked and so needed to be flushed to complete a survey. After more phonecalls, Craig then said he would go back the next day with the fixed camera, but then proceeded to ignore our phonecalls, or return messages for two days, after which we have gave up. This approach added extra stress to what was already a difficult situation, and with even just a little bit of truth and communication, it could have been avoided.

We had Simpsons Drainage improve the drainage system around our garage by increasing the size of the drain and piping the water round the back. Unfortunately, they ended up going through a wire (not their fault at all, the previous owner wired up the garage in a non-compliant way) but they dealt with it very professionally and even offered to get an electrician to hook the wire back up. Since this is being replaced anyway, as it was unsafe, I told them not to worry and they carried on. The job was finished to a great standard and since the weather has been bad this week, the drainage has been able to prove that it works great.Very professional company, great guys and a job well done. Recommend.

Great. Came quickly. Fitted a new septic tank pump. Friendly & helpful. Would recommend to everyone.We have had poor service from other drainage companies, so it was a relief to find Simpsons. Will definitely stick with them from now on.

We did not have a great experience and recently discovered they had wired in a pump incorrectly and their service delivery is not great . A lot of excuses for not turning up cost us a lot of money to put right
