Phoenix Futures Scotland Residential Service

I was in this place 5 years ago and although I left after six weeks it did open my eyes to the idea that recovery is possible I've now been clean and serene for 15 months so I have to thank phoenix futures for all their efforts and support ❤️

This place might look ‘superb’ but I think they should maybe put some more time into picking their secretary staff. Coming from a recovering addict myself I know how much addiction not only affects the addict themselves but the ppl who are on the outside who love them and cared for them for however long it took them to realise they needed help. Certain staff’s attitudes in here are absolutely disgusting!!! And think it’s okay to speak down to people. I have known people in NHS rehabilitations at stobhill and their staff there go above and beyond to reassure the families of the addicts that everything is going to be okay and they are so understanding. The staff in this place are horrendous and I really hope they take this on board and and remember it is not only the addict that is suffering it is the PEOPLE on the outside who love them who are also suffering!!!!!

I am in tears my partner is in this place for a while, I am happy for him but he hasnt phoned me I have mental health and disabilities, I phoned this place today and asked a member of the staff to pass a message onto my partner to PLEASE phone me he said I'm barred from calling the place I'm sitting here on my own and I wish I was dead

Therputic community where someone say 4 weeks more clean than you has a wee bit of power and this can go to an addict/alcoholics head after being powerless and full of get backs from people

Found that i was not ready so i failed but that was me. They helped me in the world today. And would go back if i need to get help.

Almost cult like good detox but one rule for all I will say is that the staff mostly are good

This place will give you what you need in order to beat addiction in the big bad world outside

Amazing place to get better residents are amazing and staff rules to get u better
