I took my 15y old daughter to have two piercings in her ear. Sharon was absolutely fantastic - explained everything including aftercare very clearly. Very calm, professional and friendly service. 100% recommend.

First time visiting this salon for my lashes and I am so pleased with my new set of lashes. I’ve had my lashes done with Zara, who I cannot thank enough. Zara was so welcoming and friendly throughout the whole appointment which made me comfortable. Her work is very professional and she was very gentle when doing my lash extensions. Thank you so much!

I got my nose done by Katie who was absolutely amazing, she didn’t rush me & she allowed me to have plenty of time to calm my nerves down! She told me everything I needed to know and made me feel comfortable and safe whilst getting it done! Thank you Katie for the lovely experience you gave me

I was completely at fault here by not arriving to the appointment with a patch test previously done but I was told by the technician I would be able to come back in the future with no indication of losing my deposit. I only get my lashes done when I travel (made clear to the technician I won't be back anytime soon), so 6 months pass and I'd like to book my appointment. The staff were very hostile and desperate to keep my deposit and not honor what the technician has promised me. They said they were 'accommodating' by 'politely' referencing their policy 5 times. Poor customer service, just hungry for money.

Popped into House of You to get my nose pierced. Staff were really friendly. Sharon was superb and put me at ease straight away. She explained everything clearly and had a very calming attitude. Piercing was straightforward and she was very thorough in explaining how to look after it, they even supply you with a bottle of cleaning fluid along with a helpful leaflet. Price was very reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend Sharon if you are considering a piercing.

Had 2 treatments done with zara.Full set of lashes and a brow lamination, I was in and out in less than an hour and half. She waxed my eyebrows very thin and took a chunk of my eyebrow so now I have to fill it in to hide it, brows also do not look laminated at all. My eyes were very irritated from the lashes and sore. As I was rubbing them and some were falling out i realised more or less every extention that came out had 3 or 4 natural lashes stuck to it when should only be one extention to one natural lash. I've messaged with photos to prove of all of this and I'm now being ignored after saying politely I didn't want the treatments redone as my eyebrows were already really thin compared to what they were before hand and also the chunk she waxed out, also left with very few natural lashes due to multiple being stuck to one extention. I was told my only option was to have then redone. I don't see how this can be fair after having my confidence knocked from these 2 treatments being done why should I feel comfortable to go back to the same lady. I asked politely to be refunded and said I'd be happy to have the lashes that was left removed to do so and that was refused and now I'm being ignored.

Had my lashes done by Amaal a few times, she’s so lovely and she never fails to impress. I can confidently go bare faced everyday thanks to her magic. 100% recommend Amaal!

Wouldn’t recommend going here for hair extensions. I brought hair and paid to have it fitted here and The girl who did them was nice but didn’t seem very experienced, as soon as I got home from having them done one of them fell out which is obviously not supposed to happen so I went back the next day and asked if she could put it back in and she made it seem like a massive inconvenience for her to take 30 seconds to put back the extension that fell out, after paying £100 to have them fitted not even 24h after I had them done. It’s been not even three weeks and I’ve already lost about 10 strands (and so much natural hair attached meaning they weren’t applied properly) and I the placement is all over the place told by another hair stylist that the way she positioned them is all wonky, and too far at the top of my head which they aren’t supposed to . Won’t be returning but Defo research exactly who you’re going to as it’s not cheap and hair extensions will ruin your hair if not applied correctly
