Nice and beautiful when u go to the park

On the 23rd of November I recieved an email from UPS, which informed me that my parcel had been dropped off at this Newsagents and was ready to be collected.The following morning I called into to collect my parcel, the shop keeper had only gave my parcel to a complete stranger for some reason UPS had given this man my collection slip! That been said why the shop keeper failed to ask for a photo I.D is a complete failure or their part.Their advice after checking the cctv was to contact UPS, I agree it was UPS fault for putting the wrong collection slip through the wrong letter box, but it was shops fault for failing to ask for photo i.d. After this hopefully they will be more vigilant in the future.
