I found this reaper service from the TechTalk UK podcast and wanted a shattered screen on an iPad replacing. I phoned them for advice and the difference between the available options was explained. Unfortunately, after a few weeks there was a Home Button issue.Once they were aware of the problem we arranged to send it back and were kept informed with its progress. Although there was an issue which was outside of their control they really took ownership of getting it fixed, sent back and postage refunded.Communication was excellent and reassuring, which is just what is needed when you've sent an expensive device away to be repaired.Although I wasn't happy having to send it back, the personal communication regarding a couple of issues shows that they do care and listen to feedback.I do write quite a few reviews of places I use and I also sometimes contact them if I feel that their service has gone beyond what I expected. Good communication, smooth process and genuine customer care are the key to a satisfied customer. Thanks.

My go to person for iPhone repairs. Always honest, gives good advice for free and does a great job when your phone does need fixing. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I can't tell you.. this guy saved my sons life!! His ipad didn't work and we tried everything apart from. Smashing it to pieces. BRAIN WAVE. Call imax. He was closed for the day!! NOOOO!! Pain ran through my veines and anger shiftly followed, Nothing left to do but message Imax without any hope and calling social services he replies. Murder averted . This guy is amazing. 100%
