Wilson Chiropractic Ballyclare

Had to cancel my first appointment due to family circumstances. So they cancel 2 appointments and keep the money. I'll stick to my own chiropractor fron now on.

Have had massage, acupuncture and chiropractic treatment there and every single practitioner I've seen has always been extremely thorough, professionals and clearly very experienced. Have recommended to many friends and family who have all had equally excellent experience.

I have been attending Ballyclare Chiropractor for a few months and have really felt the benefit. Jo and her staff have always made me feel welcomed. They are friendly and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

What can I say about Wilson Chiropractic, other than I wish there were more stars to give them.I attend the practice in Ballyclare and right from my first day, I knew I had picked the right place to help with my long suffering medical issues which had been causing me pain for many years.From the lovely welcome at reception where I am always greeted with a warm smile, to the exceptional care and attention I am given by Dr Joanne herself, I can honestly say coming here has been one of my better decisions with regard to my health.Dr Joanne put me at my ease from my first day and made me feel that my health issues were truly being listened to and assessed and that, over a period of time, she felt she could help me .... and I believed her. She sugar-coated nothing and was honest about the time and personal effort it would take to resolve my issues. She told me what I needed to hear ... not what I wanted to hear.While Dr Joanne provided me with my options, the decision to take on treatment however was always mine to make. I left that first day fully believing Dr Joanne and her team would support me all the way and I have not been disappointed.Even during the brief time Wilson Chiropractic had to close due to Covid-19, Dr Joanne and her team continued to support me. For the first time in my life, I feel there is light at the end of the tunnel and I have hope that there may be a time when I can come off my pain medication.I cannot recommend Wilson Chiropractic enough. The team there have truly changed my life and all I can say is let them change yours :).

These guys are fantastic.For Chiropractic help they are fantastic. Life changing therapy all round, the benefits of being pain free with good movement cannot be overstated. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Very poor service. She really needs to learn how to talk to people, being blunt and to the point doesn't impress anyone it comes across as rude and very bad mannered. She looks like she's in her 40s so she's old enough to have grown out of her stroppy teenager phase. Not impressed that a healthcare professional can deny service to people in pain, obviously only in it for the money and not to actually help people because she seems like she hasn't got a caring bone in her body.

Fantastic chiropractor. Friendly and welcoming practice. Very straightforward in telling you if and how she can help you instead of just taking money for appointments. I was in severe pain when I went to Jo and she explained everything to me about the treatment I would need and what I would have to do. She has helped me immensely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
