Riverside Medical Centre

My partner tried getting through on phone waited 5 hours to get through . When we got through the receptionist was very ignorant and said what’s up with ya . We told her we had rang 111 they told us to ring ya doctors and all she could say is go to walk in centre . I’ve never ever known any thing like it . Kingston medical was miles better .

Absolute appalling system spent 2 hours in a queue to be told no appointments I now have to sit in a walking centre probably for rest of day with a high temp simple isn't good enough

Can never get an appointment reception staff are very rude and arrogant

Worst ever gppratice i call them and was explaining my information and they closed the call after 1 hr of waiting stupid arrogant company

Was seen by the most arrogant patronising doctor ever. She was so rude did not let me speak then when I was trying to talk about my concerns and symptoms she cut me of laughing to her self then asked me a question and when I was middle of talking she said “ bye now” and told me to leave without getting any help or advice. Very unprofessional and also I remember her from a different gp and people always used to complain about her and everyone used to call her evil Indian lady and now I know why. The woman made me cry but the lovely ladies and the reception helped me to get another appointment sorted.

Friendly staff. These guys work hard under intense pressure.. Patients should give them a bit of a break.

Very disappointed,once I booked phone app I didn't receive any call,next time,I got app after 3 weeks,because its not urgent case,bet day when should have app they call me and cancel my app,because doctor its not there,call again,8:05 in the morning, after 20min staying on the line,they just told me,no more space for today app,and your case is not urgent,I asked to book in advance, but They said we not doing that,so how I had before inadvance app?simple doctor app can gey more than 2 months, because my case it not urgent,maybe its not urgent for them,but for me it is, over 3 years trying to get pregnant, and more I wait more harder its will be,I am over 32 already, I call this is urgent case for me. But unfortunately they do not care.

I have ever seen horribly bad surgery u can’t never get any appointments the lines are always full have wait 40 q which is 1 hour 40 to get answers and at the end again same words sorry call back tomorrow 8 am

Phones are never being answered at this place. Luckily i dont need much of their service but i feel sorry for people who are in pain and cant be seen by their own doctors.
