I recently wanted flowers to thank a solicitor for helping my family over a rather serious matter. I wasn't sure quite what to send, but Katie served me, and was very kind and very professional, helped me to decide, and also showed a huge amount of empathy for what we'd been through. And as the flowers were going out of their delivery area, she even arranged to get my order done at another shop so it could be delivered. But to top that, I got an email the next day saying that the owner would be going close to my required destination and so would deliver them personally.It was exceptional customer service throughout. I'll definitely use them again.Thank-you

lady on the phone was very professional,got all names &the verse correct , flowerswere disappointing look very dry &oldnot like any of the pictures we saw on website ,not worth £65 we paid . bow was not tied into a bow i had to do it myselfvery disappointed these were for my father .

Fresh ideas in Chesterfield created the most beautiful funeral heart arrangement for our beloved friend's service, at short notice. I also want to add that everyone I spoke to was lovely and went out of their way to advise us that they would get the flowers to the funeral director.
