Do not trust this person with your dogs/pets and definitely not for pet sitting services at your home. She is not what she says claims to be. Reported to the police and trading standards for animal neglect and cruelty. Admitted it too and said your dogs were fine" after leaving them crated for over 7 hours with no access to toilet /food/water while she went and had her hair done. Never walked the dogs as she claimed. Left my house an utter disgrace and it smelt so bad had to have it professionally cleaned. Replaced carpet and flooring. All at my expense. I could go on and on..one of my dogs is still not right. I'd like to see her response to this as she's ignored everything else. Still waiting for refund had half my money back but requested a full refund as she charged £350 and after all the cost to me ...but she's ignored all emails/messages. I'm the voice for my dogs ."

Disappointed to report after a successful experience back in July 2022, we were let down in Jan 2023 when we went away for 2 weeks. After our July experience we felt confident to pay upfront and requested an additional 30mins a day on top of the hours walk. Having spent time with the dogs previously, she was aware of the age of our older dog (16yrs) and due to the time the dogs being on their own (when my son left for work 7am) we requested and agreed to attend around 12 noon to break the day up and allow our older dog to relieve herself. Thanks to Ringdoorbell, it became clear visits in the first 4 days were only taking pace past 2pm? and the walks lasting between 40-45mins? We contacted to see if there was any issues but informed not? The remaining walks very rarely were 90mins, averaging 50-55mins. On conclusion of the contract, no contact was made and our door key posted through the door?We felt completely let down and have lost trust in dog care services.
