Absolutely terrible unethical company. Avoid at all costs! We sold our house with them, they are rude, unprofessional and unethical. We had to take our own pictures as the photographer" they sent took terrible photos with the flash on (other estate agents use drones and provide videos etc county estates are still in the 1970's). We were told to call our surveyor and argue the value up which was very awkward! Then they allowed a staff members family to view before going to market and piled on the pressure to accept their offer
