Wanted to order a double glazed unit rang up then told to email size which I did.There very slow at getting back but told to email pictures of the bar to which I sent 3 or 4 with size after a couple of emails they said they weren't good enough and there last email was to say sorry can't deal with your request as busy terrible customer service I'll stick to ashton glass where I normally go but as there shut down till 4th May I phoned these clowns ashton is of a proper outfit as these are useless
