I took an expensive pair of ladies boots for sole and heeling they are light tan ,when I collected them the (cobbler?) had painted the edge of the soles and heels black which I understand But he had also painted onto the boots at the front about 10mm alway around ,and also smudged paint on the side , I complained and he said he had done it to cover the scuffs on the toes , there are no scuffs on the toes so that was a lie,he said I will have ago at sorting it but when I went back the next day the black paint had gone but the toes are now a lighter colour than the rest of the boots,Give this place a wide berth

Truly awful service. Ordered a car key in December and said he'd ring me back in 2 days. Never contacted. Been in 3 times since, nobody has a clue about the order. Just say you need to speak to guy who ordered but can't tell you when he's going to be there. If I could award zero stars I would.

Great place to have any key cut even does car keys aswel .fantastic bloke ! My key developed a fault with the case and he fixed it into a brand new case and was like brand new! Good price aswel .highly recommend to anybody who's going to asda Handsworth as there just outside in a cabin near doors .5star service!

Very helpful actually. First time I've taken my cleaning there. Took a while to get it back but that's relys on the ir pick ups and deliveries as its not done in store

Wanted nearly £60 for 2 (non car) keys cutting. Obviously said no and got online for a fraction of that price, and they work fine. Look elsewhere for cheaper alternatives, ridiculous.

I was attending a wedding on Saturday 14th August and the heel broke on my shoes an hour before we were due to leave. I phoned Timpson's at crystal peaks and the gentleman said to bring them straight down and he would short them out.My husband took them down and he fixed them straight away.He was fantastic and really polite.Would highly recommend using their service.
