The Spa

Lovely spa setting in the Hilton next to Heathrow terminal 5. Got a little crowded towards the evening and the steam room wasn't working, but had a relaxing facial for half an hour. Bath robe, flip flops and towel were provided. Need to use £1 to secure a locker, although you get it back when finished. Also has some nice restaurants at this hotel.

My appointment was cancelled twice in 2 months for the same reason: “the therapists are sick today”.Every time I was informed by their “lovely” staff 3 hours before my appointments started that they don’t have therapists fit for work.What a joke!!!!!!!My package should start at 1 pm today but according to the staff I have to wait for their manager to come in at 1:30 to discuss the matter, obviously the manager doesn’t care about my situation.Apparently everything it’s fully booked until 20 of November if I want to reschedule it but I know for sure they don’t have therapists. I don’t know how this is possible.I have waisted 2 days of annual leave for nothing!!!!!!!!!This is the worst place to choose when you want to celebrate a special occasion with your partner!!!!!!!!I would definitely advise you to look somewhere else because this place is just notReal!!!!!!!! You’re paying for nothing!!!!!!

Rang to confirm but was told Groupon people don’t get confirmation emails (nice!) We wear the shown around or given any information. Pool wasn’t very warm and not all jets worked, salt room wasn’t working, even though the staff said every half and hour we would hear it. We were there 2 hours, nothing. Staff not interested and didn’t even ask if we enjoyed it. The relaxing room and area was a conference room with a curtain round and a few chairs.2 hours was enough for me. 3 stars is generous.

Treated to a spa day for my birthday....the pool was lovely and relaxing....changing rooms were clean....noticed some lazy people couldn’t be bothered to put robes in the baskets but everything else was fine. Massage was nice...masseur was good and gave me a full 30 minutes as expected. Didn’t give the extra star because I didn’t get a glass of prosecco as I was supposed to and I booked for 2 30 minute treatments but due to a mix up I only got one but I was kindly given a voucher to come back for the treatment and 4 hours spa access so I get to do it all over again!! But definitely worth a visit if you’re planning!

Unfortunately I booked by phone and did not receive an email or text with confirmation details of the booking which led me to call on the morning to ask for advice re the booking. However I spoke to a lovely girl who advised me well and we Had a really nice afternoon here yesterday. My daughter and I booked in for the pumpkin scrub and were greeted by a lovely young lady on reception and given our robes etc. treatment was good and lasted longer then expected, staff were polite and professional. Rooms were clean and well presented as was the pool area. The only issue was that the steam room was out of service and we were not informed.

Lovely spa treatments and staff, visited with a groupon voucher and it was such good value for money. Had a lovely relaxing time. Recommend the mud chamber too, its lots of fun and my skin felt great after. Only downside is the spa area, it's very small and the pool isn't deep enough to actually swim in, it's more like a bathing pool.

I have not been in a few years and have to say standards and customer service standards have dropped considerably. While the food and spa treatments are still great standards. The changing rooms not cleaned in a while,sauna was out of service and I was not told this is advance and the pool was cold including the jacuzzi area.

Very dissatisfied with customer service. Imagine spa is understaff and three of the rooms were closed.

My second time here after a few years and I am so happy I went back. I booked an hour hot stone massage and it was absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of being treated by a therapist named Chloe who was attentive and had taken note of the note I had made about having tense shoulders/back muscles. She did wonders at getting the knots out and my entire body fells refreshed. After a stressful few months this is exactly what I needed and would definitely recommend this to others. Thank you for such a peaceful experience.

A nice little spa, consisting of steam room, sauna, mineral room and a hydro pool, However not a swimming pool. The relaxation room was massive, nice ambiance herbal teas, and water and a glass of bubbly depending on your deal. Treatments need to be booked in advance. Friendly staff, and parking is free.
