June at Ian Brown Funeral Directors was very helpful in ensuring that all my Great Aunts funeral wishes were carried out. She was very compassionate and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her to arrange. On the day of the funeral she was very kind to us, making sure that we were ok and happy with everything. She's a credit to Ian Brown Funeral Directors.

We can’t praise Ian Brown Funeral Directors highly enough. We used their services on the death of a close family friend, and would have to say that we were impressed all round with every aspect of their work. They took time at every step, to make sure that our needs were fully met.We dealt mainly with Shannon, who guided us so professionally in all arrangements. From collection of Dad’s remains to planning of the funeral, we found T&A Fyfe, Peacock Cross, to be respectful and efficient. Bert was very helpful in organising everything from catering to flowers as well as the service itself. Everything went smoothly and we were grateful for the work of all the staff involved. We found the bill to be reasonable too.

By far the best in the area. So understanding and compassionate, makes everything such an ease and stress free.

I could not commend Ian Brown Funeral Directors enough. From start to finish - totally professional. They dealt with my dads funeral arrangements, for my mum, when I was on business in Riga 17 years ago. On that basis, mum specified the same. Fraser, Anne and Pauline, drivers (Davie , sorry forgot other) dealt with mums funeral arrangements with dignity. From the start Fraser made my sis and I comfortable and took away any stress. From that point on we were taken through the whole process in a sensitive and professional way. I could not praise these guys enough. Mr Brown and the team looked after both my papa Renton and my Gran Renton following their passings. The funeral home treated them and our family with the upmost care and respect, I have nothing but positive words to say about Mr Brown and his staff x.
