The service my family received from the Freeman Brothers team was exceptional. Russell & Chrissie really care about people who find themselves needing to make funeral arrangements and understand the complexities during grief. They will support and listen carefully to what you'd like to achieve and guide you appropriately through all the individual elements. They made that journey for us the best it could be. Thought has gone into every aspect. On the day I was really touched by the traditions etc used by the amazing team, they really created a fitting send off and I will always be grateful.

I was quite overwhelmed at the level of kindness, warmth, compassion , professonalism and respect that myself and my family were given follwing the death of my father. I was so comforted, knowing that the same respect , dignity and care was also clearly given to him whilst in their care. I am exceptionally grateful to everyone at FB for how they helped us. Russell and Christie were so helpful.They were able to give me all the information I needed without any pressure or presumption that I would be using their services.They were professional and courteous to me and to my daughter. Chrissie and Russell at the Hurstpierpoint office were far and away some of the kindest, nicest, most knowledgeable and professional yet caring people I've met recently and without a doubt two of the loveliest humans we interacted with while managing things after the death of our father. We will forever be grateful to them. and to the whole team behind the scenes at Freeman Brothers and I have no hesitation in offering them the highest recommendation. Freeman Brothers handled the arrangements for my Mother's funeral. I dealt primarily with Chrissie from the remote booking office who was incredibly helpful, talking me through all the options through the process. It was very helpful to have a single point of contact who was easy to make contact with and was both professional and very friendly throughout. This helped make a very difficult situation much easier to deal with. Thank you.

Freeman Brothers, in particular Chrissie, provided support and friendly professionalism, which meant a lot whilst arranging Dad's service.Steve was a reassuring presence on the day and the recommended celebrant delivered our words beautifully. Everyone there had a connection with the visual tribute; having photos to accompany the music brought smiles to faces amongst the tears. From start to finish this awful thing we had to do was handled with such compassion and care. Chrissie listened to everything we wanted and guided us every step of the way. Beth the Celebrant recommended to us by Freeman Brothers and Russell the lead undertaker on the day looked after every one of us from arrival, throughout the ceremony and up until the moment we left the Crematorium.Something no one ever wants to have to do was made bearable. We will be forever grateful.
