I was really pleased with the service I received. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The most incompetent people working here, the address provided is false. They are not at this address, but working from home, hiding to deal people face to face, otherwise they would actually start doing their job a while ago if they would be dealing face to face with angry clients.Received their cut from car damages, and can't be bothered for 1,5 year to sort out the personal injuries. I am not recommending to anyone, its better to deal with someone else and have less stress than these people caused me. In general, it is really hard to deal with people and have a conversation that works within this company. Either ignoring you or blaming for something that they haven't done themselves. Haven't explained everything in detailed since day 1, it is also not mentioned in the contract and then trying to make you pay for further reports. Hope this review will push them to work quicker
