Specialist Property Solutions
Mark and Tom were really proactive and helped us drive our house purchase through earlier this year. My solicitor was awful and the efforts of Mark and Tom ensured that we completed on time. Mark has also been quick to assist with queries that we have had following completion, for example with minor snagging issues. I have noticed some negative reviews on Google, but these seem to be issues with the developer rather than Specialist Property Solutions - ignore these reviews.

Tom at SPS has been fantastic, he has been really hands on in supporting me purchase my property and getting it over the line. He was always available to take my call, or at the very least quickly responded to my emails. He kept me fully up to date and ensured the whole process went as smooth as possible. Just completed on our new home with SPS and would like to give a huge thanks to Tom who helped us throughout the process. He always answered my calls and quickly responded to emails, and accommodated to any requests we had for the property.
