he was so lovely and helped me with my car on his way back from home. he was quick, honest, and a lovely person to talk to.he is definitely my go to mechanic now if i ever have a problem with my car.

If I could give more stars, I would. I was in the Wales area when I fell into some trouble and utilised EWH for recovery and subsequently new tyres. Not only was the service brilliant but prompt, strong communication and very kind in a stressful situation, 100% recommend

We chose EWH Autos because of the great reviews, and we can now add one of our own! Eifion bent over backwards to help us when we were stranded on holiday with a broken-down car (split power steering hose); he squeezed us in on a Saturday morning in spite of a full schedule, enabling us to travel home that day. Communication was brilliant. We can’t recommend him enough!

This company was brilliant. My car had broke down and was unable to get it to a garage so I phoned up and was able to get it sorted strait away hassle free. The mechanic was very friendly and efficient and was able to fix it straight away. Will be saving the number just incase I ever get stuck in the near future. Many thanks for your help and much appreciations.

Came to Wales for a 3 day break. Half way to Bangor, my rear suspension broke. Managed to get to the hotel but obviously needed my car during the break as had my 2 children with me too. Rang EWH Autos, they were prompt, reasonably priced and mobile. The gentleman had to order the parts and was very eager to get me back up and running as didn't want me to miss any of the activities I had pre booked. Would definitely recommend.

We had a break issue on our van during a week holiday in Snowdonia , after some ringing around we decided these guys where to one's for the job mainly because they where so friendly and happy to help in our time of need. After getting recovery to there garage they had the parts orderd up within minutes and if it wasn't for a parts stock issue at the supplier (an unavoidable wait) I'm sure we would have been back on the road that afternoon. They kindly accommodated our vehicle for the night and had it back up and running in the morning! Both of the guys where super helpful and friendly and the service was excellent , if I could give more then 5 stars I would! Thanks for everything you guys where great

We encountered serious problems with our coolant on our way to Snowdonia for a week’s holiday. Decided to get it seen once we arrived in Snowdonia. EWH Autos were able to see us straight away and had the issue diagnosed and treated the same morning. We made it back home (500km away) with no issues. Great communication, and followed up with us to check the fault had been resolved. Saved us a lot of headache – thanks, EWH Autos!

Had my fuel filter outlet pipe eaten by stoat . Other mechanics I've tried either couldn't be bothered or didn't have time to get this sorted. EWH autos gave me estimate before hand so to know what to expect. I was contacted next day to confirm time again(in case of any changes). Very professional and customer orientated approach. All was sorted in the end in no time and at very good value. Can recommend them highly enough. Absolute star! Don't hesitate to give them a ring if you have any problems with your car.
