Excellent customer service from the Watford team. I lost my job & company car and needed a car quickly to be able to accept a new job. The online booking system was quick and easy. I collected my rental car in the first lockdown and everything from collection to drop off was quick and easy.I highly recommend VWFS rent a car ( 3 other friends have used them on my recommendation) especially Gary Stagg the area manager.

I have used VW rental service a couple of times and everything was excellent. Garry, who is the main person at the reception, has been very helpful and even upgraded me 2 times with much better vehicles for free. No waiting times, no nonsense, which is uncommon in this business, I think.

We rented out the new t cross for our holiday and it was a lovely car to drive, the fuel economy was excellent it was comfortable and for a 1.0 litre engine it coped really well with motorways.The boot was spacious and it was perfect size for myself and my partner.

Everything from booking the car online, getting competitive quotes, pick and drop was very smooth. The car condition was excellent and offered a good mileage with AC turned on during heatwave. I recently hired a car from Volkswagen Watford. The staff were very professional, kind and curtious checking in/out the vehicle straight ward proceedure. Make sure that contact the DVLC for the code, have the appropriate paperwork, valid licence correct address two forms of ID. The car was comfortable clean on the inside, outside needed a wash. My only concern not able to get hold on them by phone, especially when I asked them to return my call. The sales department had to pass them a note to call me. Could be better customer service.

I recently rented a Sharan from the range for the 6 of us. The car was really well kept and had plenty of storage for all our bags. The staff member was also very friendly and couldn't have helped more.Would recommend!!

Very good friendly service and a much better overall experience compared to other agencies in Watford. Rentalcars did not inform them about my reservation, however, Slobodan was very efficient and arranged an extended period for my rental with an upgraded car for the same rate, although it could have been cleaner inside. The return process was very quick. Definitely recommend and will rent there again.
