I had found a house with a different estate agent and had been treated poorly, the sale fell through. Then I found my now home with Farrell Heyworth, Ellie was the lady I dealt with the most and she was polite, positive and very easy to deal with. I also met Dawn who was really nice too, like looking round a house with a friend. I had brilliant service from start to finish and would recommend to anyone.After starting my house search poorly I am pleased to say these guys turned it around!!Thank you.

Dealt with Dean mostly at the Leyland branch and all I can say is he's brilliant! Helpful and friendly from start to finish. We purchased two properties at the same time through this branch and Dean and the team were there to help us anytime we needed. Having rented out a property I owned through Farrell Heyworth for the last 8 years the choice to use them to sell it was a very easy decision.They found a buyer quickly at sensible price. Unfortunately the first person in the chain had problems with the help to buy scheme so exchanging contracts seemed to take forever. Thank goodness we had Dean to help us. He was fantastic and was always happy to help no matter how many times I pestered him and was able to find out far more than my solicitor ever could. Than you do much Dean and I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying property in the Leyland area
