Poor customer service. Failure to return calls, failure to provide important information, crucial when accepting any offer. I believe they forget who is paying them. When complaint is lodged they cover up instead of listening to issues. Plenty of other agents out there to use.

Aimee Cole, at Miller Metcalfe has been a tower of strength throughout the whole selling process.Always at the end of a phone if I needed to talk to her.Always happy and wanting the best outcome.We did have a few teething issues with one odd ball who must have a serial compulsion to buying houses.But was soon weeded out.Nothing was too much trouble.We completed on the sale of our house today and everything went through as expected.Thanks Aimee x
